Power & Performance Sunday

I have been rushing around like a blue-ass fly over the past week, trying to sort out my holiday plans, get new tyres, arrange the delivery of my bodykit, find new wheels, edit miles and miles of video and write my blogs…

Also I have the Power & Performance sunday meet to finalise for this coming sunday. It’s now in it’s fourth month and word is out on the streets – if you happen to read this then come down and say ‘hi’

The hottest girls in the auto scene are the Fuel Girls! I partied with them once after the game release of Juiced 2 and they are totally hardcore! Only the toughest could keep up with the die-hard party antics of this bunch.

Japanese Tuning Show

ok, ok, I know I am at least two weeks overdue with this show – but wait no longer! The convoy to the show was insane, we had over 25 Jap cars all pelting up the motorway in a noise of HKS exhausts and chirping wastegates – blinding.

The show was awesome as Silverstone has to be the best venue on the UK scene. The only down side was the retail area it was dry! Not many traders and not many products – seems like the retailers don’t like to get out from behind e-bay now-a-days.

Project Zetec

A friend of mine has just finished his long two year project, Ford Escort 2.0-litre Zetec.

Matt the owner is no stranger to Fords, infact he even owns his own, Ford only, club S2RS.co.uk

This latest car is the product of some hard-ass graft from Matt. The car was bare-shelled and built from the ground up. The engine from the RS was ditched for the Zetec option and the extra oomph is thanks to a 75bhp shot of nitrous.

I mangaged to finally find a shift knob that I liked for my project MR2 and it came from the guys at EP Racing.

I cast aside the tired and worn out leather Momo that came with the car from Japan for this new D1 Spec carbon piece of goodness
