Fresh from the body shop and looking fine.

I’m getting pretty damn excited as I got sent some more pictures of my car last night. Tom, the owner of Lemass, has done a great job of fitting the bodykit, keeping me updated and adding a few detailed touches to the look of the kit.
I should pick the car up on Saturday afternoon. All I need now is a set of wheels as the old 16-inch ASW’s let the whole thing down…

It’s nearly here! I’ve been working hard over the last few weeks in arranging a few promo events for the UK launch. At the minute I’ve got to keep all the details off my blog as it’s for invited guests only…
But, here is a pic of Nick Turner’s stunning MR2 Turbo

I got hooked up with these sweet new items from Alpinestars. As the Pro Street Drag series gets ever closer, I needed to get some real racing gear. I went with a classic black and white combo, even though there is a whole colour range to suit anyones taste.
The gloves are the latest Tech 1-Z FIA approved daddies. I like the detailing on the inside of the cuff
Thanks: Alpinestars

Tech 1-R race boots are perfect for balancing the car foot pedals and have been developed with the world’s top drivers. Again FIA approved and flame resistant, a good job as I got nice feet. It’s going to be the closest I ever get to having someting in common with a WRC driver and I just hope they let me perform half as well.

In the UK when we get snow it tends to be a light splattering that melts before it hits the ground. But on Monday we got a real snowy gift from Russia – over 5-inches of the white stuff.
No way was the MR2 going to move. So it was time to get stupid, build a snowman and take on the neighbours in a snowball fight.
I can’t wait for my first snowbaord holiday in three weeks time!
With the financial Armageddon that is looming over our heads, I thought it would be a good idea to splash out on some nice new carbon-fibre trim for the Toyota.
I brought this gear-gaiter surround from Ben at Carbenfibre Creations – it was a simple fit and took as long as boiling the kettle for my cuppa tea.
I’m sure that it weighs 0000.1 grams less than the original plastic, so i’m guessing it will save me 00000.0001 seconds off my 0-60time – jokes.
